    供暖系统中心城东城自建设初期就制定了集中供暖的统一规划，全部采用地下管
道输送，由东营市供热管理处统一管理。1999年引进国外先进设备，全部实行自动化
控制管理，可根据室外气温自动调节供暖温度，供暖温度稳定舒适。至2001年底，东
城供热面积220多万平方米，供热率为98％。
    西城供暖系统分别由东营区、油田各社区和石油大学三大区块组成。供热能力近
1000万平方米。
