    1994年，国税、地税分设，国税系统当年组织工商税收13.95亿元。20 01年，全
市国税系统组织税收收入75.7亿元，其中中央级收入62.86亿元，省级收入10.86，市
级以下收入1.99亿元； 油田税收66.98亿元；个体私营企业税收1.28元，首次突破亿
元大关；为东营市提供财力6亿元(含税收返还)。
