    黄河口刀鱼
    黄河口刀鱼因体形酷似短刀而得名。每年阳春三月，黄河口刀鱼即沿黄河口逆流
而上，回游到东平湖去产卵，鱼卵孵化成鱼育肥后再沿黄河顺流而下入渤海生长和越
冬，每年鱼汛要持续两个多月。黄河口刀鱼成鱼体长30～40厘米，脊背金黄，腹部银
白，鳞含脂肪，刺多而柔软，肉细嫩，味鲜香。
