                                  概  况

    截止2001年底， 东营市已经与40多个国家和地区建立了友好往来关系。200 1年，
东营市各类出访团组163批569人次；其中经贸团组95批342人次，非经贸团组3 2批88
人次，培训团组36批139人次。经市外事部门办理邀请手续来访的外宾21批56人次。
