    明代刚正御史成勇(? ～1658)字仁有，一字宝慈，晚号蜗庐居士，广饶县广饶镇
颜徐村人。明天启五年(1625年)中进士，先后任饶州推官，开封、归德二府推官，南
京御史等职。以刚正闻名。任饶州推官时，曾将乱施淫威的朝庭中使当厅打数十大板，
大快人心；任南京御史时，因上书参杨嗣昌夺情入阁，被革职下狱；遇赦出狱后，被
贬守浙江宁波卫。成勇治学严谨，著作颇丰，以理学见长。
