    北京石油学院迁址东营北京石油学院成立于1953年，是全国重点院校及全国最大
的石油人才培养基地。1969年10月，学校由北京迁至胜利油田基地(今东营市西城)，
更名为华东石油学院。 1988年2月，华东石油学院更名为石油大学，实行山东、北京
两地办学，分别称石油大学(华东)和石油大学(北京)。
