    东营市位于山东省北部黄河三角洲地区，中华民族的母亲河--黄河，在东营市境
流入渤海。东营市地理位置为北纬36°55′～38°10′，东经118°07′～119°10′。
东、北临渤海，西与滨州市毗邻，南与淄博市、潍坊市接壤。南北最大纵距123公里，
东西最大横距74公里，总面积7923平方公里。
