    1988-2005年，山东省双拥(拥军优属和拥政爱民)工作适应建立社会主义市场经
济体制和落实党中央新时期军事斗争战略的要求，继承和发扬革命战争年代军民一家
的光荣传统，积极争创双拥模范城(县)，在促进改革和发展中相互支持，在维护社会
稳定和推动社会进步中同心同德，进一步巩固和发展了“同呼吸、共命运、心连心”
的新型军政军民关系，促进了全省经济社会发展和部队现代化建设。
