    1988-2005年，全省各级民政部门不断加大对民政法制建设的领导，强化落实依
法治国基本方略的措施，立法工作不断取得新进展，法制宣传教育逐步深入，民政行
政执法和执法监督工作明显加强，有力地保障了全省民政事业的持续、快速、健康发
展。省民政厅先后被省人大、省政府评为立法工作先进单位，被民政部评为“三五”
、“四五”普法先进单位，被省政府评为“依法行政年”先进单位、“四五”普法先
进单位。
