    道教团体是广大道教界人士和道教信众组成的社会组织，是党和政府联系、团结、教育道教界的桥梁和纽带。截至2005年底，山东有依法登记的道教团体3个，分别是山东省道教协会、青岛市道教协会和泰安市道教协会。1996年1月，青岛市道教协会被评为山东省宗教界爱国爱教先进集体，泰安市道教协会会长张常明被评为山东省宗教界爱国爱教先进个人。
