    1995—2005年，全省各级妇联组织成立妇女就业服务机构，实施“巾帼社区服务工程”“创业再就业工程”，创办社区服务实体，增加就业岗位。至2005年底，全省建成妇女就业服务机构和社区家政服务实体1700余个，累计帮助20多万名下岗妇女实现就业再就业。
