    1986年，山东省部分传染病报告发病率442/10万，为1986—2005年高峰。1987—1999年，先后发生钩端螺旋体病、流感、甲型肝炎、狂犬病、霍乱、副伤寒局部暴发或流行。2000年后，全省把非典、禽流感等新型传染病列为重点之一。2005年，全省法定报告传染病总发病率139.28/10万。
