    1986—2005年，全省各级药品监管部门深入贯彻落实《药品管理法》，严格依法行政，严格审批许可，推进药品管理规范实施，推行分类管理，全面推行GMP、GSP认证。加强生产、经营监管，药品注册、药物安全性评价，药品研究取得新进展。针对药品安全薄弱环节，深入开展专项整治，严厉打击制售假药劣药等违法行为，全省药品安全工作取得积极成效。
