    1988-2005年，山东省林业管理职能不断拓展，管理方式逐步完善，林业执法、
资源林政管理、国有林场管理、林业基金管理、林业经费资产管理等得到有效加强，
全省林业管理逐步实现法制化、规范化、科学化。至2005年，省人大、省政府发布造
林护林、林权管理等法规、规章20余部，国家财政对林业投入97.77亿元，保障和促
进了全省林业的快速发展。
