，大力推进多层次、多渠道的对外开放，促进山东林业技术合作与交流。1988-2005
年，全省林业系统出国考察、培训92批220人次，接待来鲁考察访问31批330人次。山
东省组团参加4次国际展示、6次国内展示等重大花事活动，推出菏泽市牡丹、莱州市
月季、枣庄市石榴等知名花卉品牌。
