    20世纪80年代后，山东省林木育种工作成果丰硕，阔叶树种遗传改良技术走在全
国前列。1990-2005年，全省种苗生产稳定发展，种苗生产基地初具规模，逐步形成
以国有苗圃为骨干、个体苗圃为主体的种苗生产格局。苗木培育新技术在生产中得到
广泛推广应用，苗木品牌创建取得新的成效，种苗标准化建设和执法监督、质量控制
进一步加强，林木种苗生产、经营、使用进入法制化轨道。
