    1998年以前，在卫生事业费中设药品检验机构经费科目。1999年，在医疗卫生支
出类设药品监督管理事业费款级科目。
    2004年，食品监督管理职能纳入省药监局，食品监督管理款更名为食品药品监督
管理款，对应的项级科目作了调整，增加食品监管内容。当年，全省食品和药品监督
管理支出1.8亿元， 其中，食品、药品及医疗器械抽检支出1701万元，食品、药品检
验支出3072万元，其他支出12410万元。
    2005年，全省食品和药品监督管理支出22619万元，比2004年增长25.66%。其中：
食品、药品及医疗器械抽检支出2698万元，食品、药品检验支出4469万元，其他支出
15452万元。
