    1986年， 在文教科学卫生事业费类设卫生事业费和公费医疗经费款级科目。198
7年，在文教卫生事业费类级科目中设卫生事业费、中医事业费和公费医疗经费3个款
级科目。1996年，单设卫生经费类级科目，下设卫生事业费、中医事业费和公费医疗
经费3个款级科目。 2000年，公费医疗经费改称行政事业单位医疗经费，增设药品监
督管理事业费款级科目。2003年起改称医疗卫生支出类，下设卫生、中医、食品和药
品监督管理、行政事业单位医疗支出4个款级科目。
    1986-2005年，全省医疗卫生支出累计429.21亿元，占同期一般预算支出的4.69%，
年均增长12.49%。
