    科学支出是财政预算拨款中专项用于科技事业发展及重大科技项目的经费。 198
6年，文教科学卫生事业费类设科学事业费款级科目，下设科委事业费、科协事业费、
社会科学事业费、自然科学事业费等项级科目。1987年起，设科学事业费类级科目，
下设自然科学事业费、科协事业费和社会科学事业费等款级科目，2003年起，改科学
事业费类为科学支出类。
    1986-2005年，全省科学支出累计支出60.29亿元，占同期一般预算支出的0.66%，
年均增长17.05%。
