    1986-2005年， 全省各级财政部门根据国家财经政策、法令、制度，结合山东实
际情况与各行各业部门单位的业务特点，不断加强对基本建设、行政事业、企业等部
门和单位的财务管理，逐步形成比较健全的财务管理体系，维护了财经纪律，规范了
经济秩序。
