    1988年，设政协经费项级科目，1998年，改为款级科目，具体包括：各级政协机
关经费，即各级政协机关的人员经费、办公经费等日常开支；各级政协常委会及各级
政协大会会议费，即召开各级政协常委会会议和各级政协大会会议所需经费；政协委
员视察费，即各级政协委员在政协大会闭会期间进行社情考察调研所需经费。
    1988-2005年， 全省政协经费累计支出30.39亿元，占同期行政管理费支出的3.1
7%。
