    政府机关经费是用于各级政府机关(不含公安、司法行政机关，下同)开展行政工
作的经费。1988年，设政府机关经费项级科目，1998年，改为款级科目，具体反映各
级政府机关经费、由国家预算开支的乡(镇)行政干部经费、居民委员会补助费支出情
况。
    1988-2005年，全省政府机关经费累计支出660.2亿元，占同期行政管理费支出的
68.81%。
