    1986—2005年，随着改革开放的不断深入，经济水平和建筑业持续快速发展，建设领域教育培训工作进人高速发展阶段。经过20年的发展，全省建设教育初步形成了高等教育、中等专业教育、岗位培训、现场关键人员培训等不同层次，全日制、业余、函授、自学考试等多种形式，学校教育、职业教育并重的教育体系，为建设事业培养了大批管理、专业技术人才，建设队伍素质明显提高。
