    1993—2005年，青岛海关始终把教育培训工作放在海关队伍建设的首位，坚持围绕不同时期的工作重点，结合自身实际及特点，有针对性地开展多种形式的思想政治教育工作，把思想政治教育根植于海关日常工作之中；根据工作需要组织岗位培训，提高关员业务技能，更新知识；加强任职培训，提高干部科学治关能力、把关服务能力、反腐倡廉能力。
