    银行贷款是粮食收购资金的主要来源。每年，银行均需按国家粮食收购计划来筹集供应资金。1994年，中国农业发展银行成立后专事此项工作，在管理上逐步形成封闭运行的严格办法。随着粮食购销市场化改革的深入推进，粮食收购资金贷款发放单一对象、单一环节、单一方式的情况也随之发生改变。
