    全省质监系统认真贯彻有关产品“三包”的规定，开展对“三包”规定的宣传及
执行情况的监督检查与表彰，会同有关部门制定全省部分产品的“三包”规定，并予
以实施，进一步完善了全省产品质量保证机制。通过推动开展产品质量责任保险工作，
在一定程度上规避了产品质量保证机制的风险。
    2004年，根据国家质检总局等部门《缺陷汽车产品召回管理规定》，开展别克君
威汽车产品的召回工作。
