基础知识以及质量技术监督有关工作的宣传活动，针对质量技术监督系统人员思想业
务建设的需要开展的普法教育和典型宣传教育等。各级质量技术监督部门通过组织各
种形式的宣传活动，创办各种宣传刊物，积极开展质量技术监督宣传工作，促进全社
会提高质量技术监督法制意识，了解并遵守质量技术监督法律法规，促进和保证质量
技术监督工作的开展。
