    质量技术监督行政执法是贯彻质量技术监督法律法规，落实质量、标准、计量、
特种设备安全监察等工作的保证。随着市场经济发展的需要，质量技术监督法律体系
不断完善，行政执法工作不断加强。20世纪80年代中期以后，全省质量技术监督行政
执法工作由分散到集中，行政执法队伍由兼职到专职，逐步发展完善。通过行政执法
和综合管理职能的加强，促进了全省质量技术监督各项工作的发展。
