    特种设备安全监察机构是特种设备安全监督管理部门设置的专门负责特种设备安
全监察工作的内设机构。按照国务院《特种设备安全监察条例》，县以上各级质监部
门设立安全监察机构，负责特种设备安全监察工作。山东省省、市、县三级质监部门
均设立特种设备安全监察机构。
    为做好特种设备的检验工作，质监部门和有关行业主管部门及部分企业设有专门
的特种设备检验检测技术机构，依法实施特种设备的型式试验、监督检验和定期检验
工作。
