    1991—2005年是全省供销社锐意改革、积极进取，从计划经济到市场经济转轨的十五年。1992年11月，山东省供销合作社集团总公司成立，并成立工会组织。这是省供销社自我革新、适应社会主义市场经济体制的重大举措。新组建的省供销社集团总公司逐渐削减行政管理职能，向企业化经营过渡。其间，全省供销社在农业生产资料、棉花购销、生活资料经营、再生资源收购加工等方面均取得良好成绩。
