    1991年初，省供销社共有6个直属事业单位和37家直属企业。20世纪90年代，随着市场经济体制逐步建立，省供销社组建省供销社集团总公司，并新建一批商贸型经营公司，但经营状况并不理想。2000—2005年，省供销社对社属传统企业和商贸公司进行股份制改造。至2005年底，省供销社共有4个直属事业单位和31家直属企业。
