    创办于2002年，每年5月初举行。活动以乡俗民风伴古韵、聊斋故事醉游人为主题，以相约聊斋、走进聊斋、欢乐聊斋、梦幻聊斋为主线，以丰富多彩的活动吸引游客参与。举办聊斋佳丽表演、狐仙伴游、聊斋俚曲演唱、民族歌舞、聊斋书市、古装模特、聊斋电影晚会、聊斋摄影展、聊斋故事演讲等50余项活动。节日期间，游客可欣赏到《聊斋志异》中许多脍炙人口的故事，推出蒲家庄古村游、吃农家饭、住农家屋、品农家风情，让游客感受明清时的生活与环境。
