    省局设立行政审批室，是实行政务公开、服务承诺、开辟行政审批“绿色通道”的一个有效途径。各申报单位必须按照规定程序申报首批纳入行政审批室的审批事项，不得直接呈报相关业务处室，有关处室也不直接受理申报单位的行政审批事项。凡违反规定者，省局不予颁证。
