    为认真贯彻落实全国、全省安全生产电视电话会议、全国煤矿安全生产整顿工作会议精神，及时查处煤矿事故隐患，关闭非法和不具备安全生产条件的小煤矿，确保安全生产，拟于5月份开始，用4个多月的时间，在全省煤矿集中开展安全生产整顿工作。具体意见如下：
