    1997年初，山东煤炭企业确定矿井试点单位、地面二级试点单位和多种经营系统试点单位。选派具备一定学历和工作能力的职工参加ISO9000系列标准培训，先后取得国家资质机构颁发的内审员证书。各试点单位经过3个月试运行，通过方圆标志认证中心现场审核取得质量管理体系认证证书。
    1998—2005年，山东省煤炭企业相继召开企业管理工作及宣贯GB/T19000-ISO9000系列标准动员会，全面贯彻ISO9000系列标准，通过质量体系认证建立公司质量体系。
