    1986—2005年，山东省淡水渔业通过引入新技术、新设施、新理念，得到迅速发展。通过工厂化养殖、大棚养殖、网箱养殖等新的养殖模式推广，养殖品种增多，养殖周期缩短，产量显著提高。在提高淡水渔业产量、质量的同时，全省注重渔业发展的生态效益，积极发展第三产业，拓宽渔民增收渠道。
