    1994—2005年，全省工会在履行职责的过程中，积极参与有关职工民主权利、具体利益及社会监督管理等各项法律法规的制定，参与涉及社会公共利益、职工社会保障等方面的立法，把职工群众正确意见和工会的建设性方案转化为法律法规；推行完善政府与工会联席会议制度，参与党委、政府以及有关部门政策的制定，积极参与社会活动等，代表和维护了广大职工群众的根本利益。
