    统计业务管理是政府统计部门依法进行有效管理的一项重要职能。为履行政府统计部门的职责，省统计局分别在统计基本单位管理登记、固定资产投资项目开竣工登记、统计调查项目、统计数据、统计分析、统计资料、民间统计和涉外社会调查的管理等方面，先后制定并出台一系列管理办法和制度，全省的统计业务管理工作逐步走上科学化、规范化轨道。
