    1990年开始，全省大中型企业普遍设立综合统计机构，小型企业设立综合统计负责人，专业科室、车间设立专(兼)职统计人员。其后，通过不断深化落实《山东省统计管理条例》要求，加强依法治统，大力推行统计人员持证上岗制度，进一步健全基层企事业单位统计组织，充实统计人员，统计信息网络逐步完善。
