    1997-2002年，交通运输价格主要由国家和省级政府物价部门管理。2002年起，城市交通价格管理权限及收费标准发生变化：城市公交(轮渡、客船)票价、出租车租费及相关收费项目由省物价局授权各市人民政府管理，汽车货物运输价格全面放开，由供需双方根据市场情况和供求关系的变化，自行确定货物运输价格。随着全省交通运输行业的发展，在国家宏观调控下，以市场为主的交通运输价格形成机制初步建立。
