    改革开放以来，工业消费品价格由管制到放开，生产、经营者根据生产经营成本、市场供求形势、产品质量等，自主决定价格，促进了市场的发展、繁荣。1997-2005年，省管消费品种类已经很少，主要是对食盐、中小学教材和民爆器材价格进行管理。
