    自1991年开始，全省各级工商机关在“二五”、“三五”、“四五”普法宣传活
动中，狠抓宣传教育，加强传媒建设，充分发挥舆论导向作用，深入、广泛、系统地
宣传法律法规，为工商行政管理创造良好的执法环境。2005年，省工商局和菏泽市工
商局获中宣部、司法部授予的“2001-2005年全国法制宣传教育先进集体”称号。
