    1991-2005年,随着山东省农业产业结构的调整，农业投入的增加，农业装备水平
逐步提升，农业生产条件逐步改善，农业经济效益逐步提高。农业增加值逐年提高，
每个农业劳动者创造的农业总产值、农业增加值有较大增长，农作物单位面积产量虽
然年际间有起伏，但总体呈现增加的趋势。由于劳动力成本的提高及农业生产资料价
格的上涨，粮食、蔬菜等主要农副产品的生产成本逐年增加，成本收益率有所降低。
随着中国对外开放的扩大，特别是加入世界贸易组织后，山东省农产品出口得到较快
发展。
