     随着人民生活质量的不断提高和医疗卫生条件的不断改善，1989-2005年，山东
省人口平均寿命稳步提升，人口死亡率持续保持低水平并略有下降。人口死亡率城乡
差异较为明显，农村普遍高于城市；低年龄组死亡人数比重降低，高年龄组死亡人数
比重上升；死亡人口重心移向老年，男性死亡人口多于女性。
