     1991-2005年，全省各级档案行政管理部门通过报刊、广播电视、网络等媒体和
举办展览等形式宣传山东档案事业，手段更为多样，内容更为丰富，重大活动时利用
多种媒体的复合式宣传增多，档案宣传工作得到进一步增强，呈现出全方位、多渠道、
立体化的特点。同时，全省各级档案行政管理部门的对外交流活动增多，走出国门考
察国外档案工作，参加进修培训，交流考察更加频繁，范围更加广泛。
