     1991-2005年，全省各级档案行政管理部门积极开展档案编研工作，以主动提供
或公布档案信息内容，服务中心工作、服务群众、服务社会为主要目标，深入研究、
开发档案信息资源，编辑出版档案文献史料和研究成果，参与编史修志，开展历史研
究与交流，举办档案展览，相继推出一批有影响的编研成果。
