    山东省一贯重视发展与非洲国家的友好交流与合作关系。 改革开放后，山东省
通过一系列高层互访， 一直与非洲国家保持密切交往。1992-2005年，山东省接待除
南非共和国以外的其他南非地区国家访问团组19批， 派出访问团组1批；接待来自中
非地区国家的访问团组2批，派出访问团组1批；接待来自北非地区国家的访问团组11
批，派出访问团组8批；接待来自东非地区国家的访问团组19批，派出访问团组2批；
接待来自西非地区国家的访问团组12批， 派出访问团组2批。山东省与这些地区和国
家的交往，主要是友好访问性质，在经贸、文化和友城等领域的交流与合作较少。
