     1985年企业工资改革后， 随着由计划经济向社会主义市场经济体制转变，围绕
建立现代企业制度，政府对企业工资管理逐步由行政高度集中统一向以经济调节为主
过渡。国家对企业分配实行宏观调控，企业内部分配实行各种形式的岗位工资制。
