    驻鲁部队的卫生工作，坚持贯彻“预防为主、防治结合”“预防为主、中西医结
合，依靠科技进步，动员全军参与，为巩固和提高部队战斗力服务”的部队医疗工作
方针，以多种组织形式，采取综合措施，预防和控制疾病在部队中发生。适时整顿医
疗卫生工作秩序，积极实施医疗卫生改革，不断加强医院和基层医疗建设，为提高干
部、战士、职工、家属的健康水平，保障部队各项任务的完成发挥了重要作用。
