    1986-2005年，驻鲁部队牢记人民军队根本职能，坚持把战备建设作为装备工作
的第一要务来抓，狠抓“两成两力”建设，加大野战化、实战化装备保障训练力度，
不断充实完善以使命课题为主的训练内容，着力解决重点难题，探索实践了野战装备
保障指挥、保障力量抽组运用、网上一体化训练的方法路子，为做好军事斗争准备奠
定坚实基础。装备系统快速反应、快速机动、快速供应和野战生存能力明显提高。
